"The growth of the West De Pere Phantom Athletics program depends on a strong and well-organized youth program. In the interest of a strong West De Pere Athletic program, a voluntary nonprofit organization shall be formed with active membership comprised of West De Pere School District home and business units. Youth athletics in the West De Pere School District exist for the purpose of developing teamwork, self-confidence and sportsmanship. The current focus of the youth organization is on basketball. The focus may expand to other venues as the opportunities arise."

We have an Executive Board of 12 that includes the boys and girls Varsity coaches. We take a lot of guidance from them. The majority of what we do depends on what they feel is in the best interest of basketball for West De Pere High School.
